Personnel Air Shower
The PAS air shower decontaminates personnel before entering a cleanroom or exiting contaminated areas, preventing dust dispersion.
Constructed in AISI 304/316 stainless steel (polished or Scotch Brite) or epoxy-coated carbon steel, PAS units can be customized in door layout (front, corner, or 3-sided) to fit the facility. A dedicated software system controls optimal process conditions.
MAS
Material Air Shower
The MAS air shower decontaminates materials in transit using HEPA-filtered high-velocity air jets (~25 m/s). Materials pass through in either direction, with process-specific procedures controlled by dedicated software.
Customizable doors (fast-rolling or glass/aluminum frame) adapt to material type, size, and handling method, with layouts configurable front, corner, or 3-sided.
Misty
Decontamination water shower
The Misty shower removes particles from operator garments using fine water mist without wetting the person. Droplets (5–10 μm) cover surfaces, attach particles, and roll off, effectively eliminating contamination from protective suits.
PiBi
Pass Box for Materials
PiBi Pass Box enables safe transfer of materials between differently classified areas, especially into Class A sterile zones. Constructed with rounded, easy-to-clean stainless steel surfaces, it minimizes joints and dead angles.
Features include high-seal glass doors, robust hinges, stainless handles, interlock systems, and PLC-controlled ventilation and UV cycles, including optional Spray VHP decontamination.
PiBi VHP
Hydrogen Peroxide Biodecontamination
The PiBi VHP system uses hydrogen peroxide vapor (VHP) for sterilizing heat-sensitive materials and surfaces. Constructed in AISI 316L stainless steel with low surface roughness (Ra <0.6), it guarantees safety, durability, and reliable decontamination. The GE.PI vapor generator ensures repeatable, high-containment processes.
