Job Description

We are seeking a skilled operator to join our production department. The selected candidate will work hands-on with CNC press brake machines and fiber laser cutting systems, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and positioning metal sheets on CNC press brakes and fiber laser cutting machines.
• Running preset programs (defined by the technical department) and performing operational setup.
• Managing bending and cutting processes according to technical drawings.
• Conducting quality checks on finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, protractors, micrometers, thickness gauges).
• Identifying and correcting deviations or defects through operational micro-adjustments.
• Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery.
• Managing incoming/outgoing sheet metal flow and tracking work progress.

Essential Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with CNC press brake and fiber laser cutting machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software to understand operational programs.
• Excellent manual skills, precision, and strong safety awareness in an industrial setting.
• Willingness to work shifts and perform overtime if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with machinery brands such as Trumpf, Amada, WARCOM, or similar.
• Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and special steel materials.
• Forklift operation license is a plus.
