Invisible Barrier
Weighing Hood with Air Curtain
Invisible Barrier creates an invisible air curtain to protect operators, products, and the environment during production processes. Ideal for weighing, sampling, and filling operations in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and laboratory settings, it ensures strict containment.
Available in open or closed versions, single or combined units, and can be equipped with ATEX compliance for explosive environments. Supports OEB 4 containment with glove and front-screen models and ensures ISO 5 clean zone classification. Fully customizable, Invisible Barrier combines safety, efficiency, and maximum product protection.
RABS
Restricted Access Barrier System
Tecninox designs and manufactures RABS suitable to isolate areas intended for critical procedures such as pharmaceutical production lines. The main purpose of this comparmentalisation is to contain the particulate propagation within the isolated area, protecting both the environment and the operator who works through gloves positioned on the RABS glass.
This comparmentalisation is not hermetic: a low depression maintains powders inside the isolated area (dynamic containment).
