Air Shower

Air Shower is designed and built to remove the polluting particles from employees entering into a cleanroom. It’s installed on the no contaminated area border as main or supplemental entrance.

Air jets filtered by Hepa filter H14, with high velocity of about 25 m/s, ejected by swivelling nozzles hitting the operator in transit, causing the release of particles from garments. Small part of air is exhausted across a damper fitted on the top of the equipment, that assures a low depression inside the chamber and a slight particle containment.
