SAFETY MODEL

All models are available in “Safety” version, with BAG-IN/BAG-OUT system for changing filters and safety canister.
BAG-IN/BAG-OUT system is designed in order to protect the operator from medium-high activity substances during the filters replacement phase.

OP SCREEN – SCREEN FOR INCREASED PROTECTION OF THE OPERATOR

Screen for additional containment underbench. Using OP Screen, it is possible to obtain an upgrading on the OEL value (Operator Exposure Level) from ≤ 10 µ/m³. ≤ 10 µ/M³.
OP Screen is a simple but effective protection for the operator who works in the powder handling field.
OP Screen is the right solution and the simplest way to reduce the level of exposure using a down cross hood. OP Screen is integrated in the Tecninox booth in order to create a concrete barrier between the operator and the powder source.

If the underbench activities do not require the use of the screen, it can be located laterally, in parallel with one of the two walls. The screen is designed to move in all directions (5d), so even to rotate on the horizontal axis, in order to improve the ergonomics of the operator movements.
